COSTS:

Our stroller and scooter delivery service is FREE at Disney, Universal hotels, and Vacation Homes*. 

Delivery fee for extended service areas: $10 USD: (Davenport, Champions Gate, and Winter Garden)

If your location is within these areas, you must add the delivery fee service when completing your reservation.

LATE RETURN FEES:

Same day: Additional $5 USD until 09:00PM

Same day: Additional $10 USD between 09:00PM and 10:00PM

Next day: Additional  $15 USD until 12:00PM

DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Disney Hotels: Disney hotel policies require guests to meet with a representative from our company in order to complete the delivery and return of the rented equipment.

Universal Hotels: We will leave your stroller at the hotel´s Guest Services desk. Simply visit the front desk and inform the that you have rented a stroller from us, and they will direct you to where it can be picked up. Most Universal Hotels store strollers with their luggage services. You can identify your stroller by the family name provided when making your reservation.

Vacation Homes or Airbnb: Deliveries and returns will be made directly at the door of your vacation home.

IMPORTANT: All returns for Universal Hotels, Disney Hotels, or vacation homes must be completed in person with one of our representatives.
